By now you'd have noticed that I'm an ardent fan of Jawa mee. This is by far, dare I say, the best Jawa mee in town. The one I took at one of the stalls alongside Kepong Baru market (picture below, looks appetizing ain't?) doesn't hold a candle to this. Not only the sweet potato gravy is uniquely tasty, they also serve generous portions of everything as well--e.g. the
chee ma keropok (really crispy), sliced potatoes, bean curd, beansprouts, eggs (I requested a whole egg here), etc.
So skip over to "Hong Yuen Mee Jawa" stall when you're around the area.
