Hong Kong Dim Sum stall @ Jalan Development, Kepong

 

Managed by two Chinese nationals, this stall opens only in the evening. They serve very nice dim sum (but not the lo mai kai) and the Hong Kong chee cheong fun or rice noodle roll is especially unique.

The skin is not overly soft; the ingredient (I ordered char siew) fresh and generous; and the unique soy sauce wraps up the whole dish perfectly well. This is by far the best HK ccf that I've tasted!

It might not look very appealing (on the outside) but it tasted really good (and that's what really counts).
